As development is impossible to achieve without peace and stability in society, our company seeks to encourage and promote peace and stability for the holistic development of communities. For this reason, we are keen to take deliberate action to encourage good governance for peace.

We offer expertise in conflict sensitivity and conflict resolution, stability, and resilience right from the household to the national level. In addition, we support youth in communities by creating peacebuilding and socio-economic programs that enhance harmony and peace. Ebyoon works in partnership with government, non-government organizations, community leaders, and other stakeholders to understand the needs of a particular people and offer effective and long-lasting solutions.

Our strategies are people-led and are geared towards making sure that all parties involved are heard. We employ an inclusive approach that encourages the participation of men, women, youth, and even minorities in all communities.

Aside from working with communities, we also offer technical training to individuals, government organizations, and other non-government entities that work in peacebuilding and governance. We have a well crafted strategy that equips personnel with skills where peacebuilding and governance are involved.
